Below is a fictional operator persona's profile. List every cross-contamination risk you can find and propose a remediation for each.

Do not look at answer.html until you have written down at least seven findings of your own. The exercise is worthless if you peek early.

Read the profile carefully, line by line.
For each cross-contamination risk you identify, write down: (a) the finding, (b) why it breaks the persona, and (c) a specific remediation.
Aim for at least seven distinct findings. There are more than seven if you look closely, but seven is the bar.
Only after you have written your list, compare it to the answer key.
