Homework — Lesson 10
Two tasks · ~30 minutes · Applied to your own organisation
Task 1 — Find your implicit trust
For your own organisation, list where you still rely on implicit trust: a flat network, over-broad access, or a cloud responsibility no one owns. Choose one improvement per pillar (zero trust, cloud).
✓ Self-check: you can name at least one concrete implicit-trust gap and one cloud-configuration owner question you cannot currently answer.
Task 2 — Long-lived secrets & suppliers
List the data you must keep confidential for many years (your harvest-now-decrypt-later exposure) and your top three suppliers with the access each holds.
✓ Self-check: you have a named long-lived-secret category and, for each top supplier, a statement of what they can reach.
Task 3 (optional) — One question to ask
Write the single foundations question you will put to your technology leadership this month (e.g., about cloud baselines, key management, or supplier access).
✓ Self-check: your question forces an evidence-based answer, not a yes/no reassurance.
