Task 1 — Write a 3-line acceptable-AI-use guideline
Draft three short lines your team could follow: what AI use is encouraged, what is prohibited, and what data must never enter a public AI tool.

Task 2 — Pick one human-in-the-loop process
Identify one consequential decision in your area where you will require a human to own the outcome even if AI assists, and state why.
✓ Self-check: you can name the process, the AI's assisting role, and the human who remains accountable.
Task 3 (optional) — Spot your shadow AI
Identify one AI tool likely already used in your organisation without oversight, and one question you would ask to govern it.
✓ Self-check: you named a plausible shadow-AI tool and a concrete governance question.
